When you sign up with TJG, you will receive one-on-one guidance from our director, Laura Sangster. Laura will guide you through our flexible onboarding process.
Not everyone learns the same way, and TJG has access to multiple sources for travel advisor training. Our guidance ensures you make a smart investment in your travel industry education.
Once your business is set up, and you're beginning to generate sales, we remain committed to helping you continue to grow and shift as needed.

When you join TJG, you’ll receive access to our toolkit. We provide you with all the tools you need to operate your travel business from a completely mobile environment, anywhere in the world.
After 23 years in the industry, we’ve investigated and/or personally used most of the travel agent training courses available. Everyone learns differently, and we will work with you to help you decide which training course is best for you.
TJG provides all the templates you need to communicate with your clients and supplier partners and templates for every stage of your workflow.

NOT FOR EVERYONE
If you’re looking to replace a standard 9-5 position, this is not a job for you. Travel is 24/7, and you will need to be available outside of regular business hours to accommodate your client’s schedules. This is not a salaried job; our independent agents work solely on commission and are not compensated until after their clients travel. It takes time to get up and running in this business, and before committing to this job, you need to make sure you can afford to wait many months before you see your first paycheck.
