Contact us + introduce yourself. We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about your travel wants + needs and explain how we put our expertise to work for you. **If you prefer to share your trip details via email – that is fine too.
Next, in a collaborative effort, we will fine-tune your final itinerary by answering any questions you might have and providing resources for you to review, going over the options for activities, dining, and entertainment at your destination so you are able to get the “big picture” of what this trip experience will be like.
During this initial consultation, we will let you know if we think our company can be of assistance to you. If so, we will send you a link to pay our professional service fee, allowing us to start the research + planning process on your behalf. **Trip minimums do apply.
Sit back and relax while we take all of the details you shared and build a personalized list of trip ideas for you. Our initial proposal arrives in your inbox in 24-48 hours.
Once a final itinerary has been decided upon, we will place the trip on a courtesy hold (if possible) and send you an invoice with the full payment schedule, cancellation policy, and travel insurance options.
Once paid, you are sent a receipt followed by a complete set of travel documents. All of our clients travel with clear travel instructions, local contacts for support, and emergency numbers that are staffed 24/7.
We aren’t done yet. We provide concierge-style travel planning and will happily share with you our personal recommendations based on our most memorable experiences, adventures, restaurants, wellness activities, along with any travel tips that might enhance your trip. We remain at your service before, during, and after you travel.
