Corporate Groups

Sometimes, the entire company doesn't need to be included, and the top executives are simply looking for a change of scenery to hold an important meeting. We've planned corporate executive meetings for 10-20 people in some of the most incredible private villas in the world.

Wedding Groups

The most important travel you'll ever plan is your destination wedding. We are familiar with working with every type of hotel and venue, from small luxury boutique hotels to large family-friendly all-inclusive resorts. We get started by providing you with a destination wedding timing to help you plan each necessary step. While you work with an onsite wedding planning on the important details - ceremony location, flowers, etc., we are hard at work managing your guests' travel.

Social groups

Why not take your weekly dinner party to the beach? Social gatherings are so much more fun when no one is left with the cleanup duty. We've planned social groups at hotels of every size and are often able to negotiate special perks for five rooms or more. Private beachfront villas are also an excellent choice for social groups - with or without a full staff!

WHY US?

We have the experience and relationships necessary to ensure your group trip runs smoothly from start to finish. We don't try and do it all - we specialize in what we KNOW. We will only recommend locations we have personal experience with and are comfortable selling. We are NOT full-service event planners. Instead, we help you find the WHERE (you should host your event), take care of the HOW (managing the group hotel room block), and have a vetted list of vendors that we connect you with to plan all of the other details. Once your room block is in place, we will continue managing the reservations, and you'll move on to coordinate all the fun details with our trusted partners in the destination.
